Debbie Women's Wide Width Comfort Leather Lace-Up Shoes - 24-Hour Cushioned Support for Work, Walking & Everyday Wear

I had recently ordered a short boot style (#2711 Amy) from the same company, 24 Hour Comfort, in an 11W & they fit well. So, I was expecting the SAME type of fit when I ordered the Debbie Lace-up shoes in 11W. NOT THE CASE AT ALL, & I am very disappointed.I realize the two styles of shoes are different, but even a quarter inch in a width is a big deal. Despite both of the "Debbie" shoes being stamped 11W, the right shoe was okay in length, but tight in the width. The LEFT shoe was both tight AND short & my big toe was pressing against the toe box. Quite a surprise, since my left foot is the shorter one! Size 11 is also the largest size carried. Comparing the Amy shoe to the Debbie, it is also shorter in length as shown in one of the photos, (despite the compensation I had to make for the ANGLED heel on the Debbie shoe). And the manufacturer says the heel height is "a 1-inch, low heel", which is visibly not the case. And then, there was the issue with the one SILVER eyelet on the right shoe--all the others are black. Looks like poor quality-control to me. Unfortunately, the Debbie shoes are being sent back. Too bad because they were nice-looking otherwise.
